Access to future utilities (raffles, mints, auctions, etc.) Voting rights on all major DAO decisions, holder giveaways, access to Rover IRL events. 10% of all profits made from our cross-chain DAO investments will be shared with Tier 1. Rewards will be 1:1 for each Rover's Vintage Kennel Club held. Actively voting or delegate vote to member (10% distributed evenly to all holders per wallet) **Tier 2: Holders of 1+ Fido NFT & 1+ Rover** Perks: All Tier 1 benefits. Exclusive Tier 2 giveaways. 20% of all profits made from our cross-chain DAO investments will be shared with Tier 2. When and how we distribute these funds will be voted on by Tier 2 holders. Actively voting or delegate vote to member (30% distributed evenly to all holders, That's 20% from Tier2 plus 10% for arriving at Tier 3 per wallet) #### House of Members (Membership) 1 token, 1 vote. To become a member means purchasing an Rover Vintage Kennel Club NFT. Nominated and Voted Members choose board positions. Proposals can be submitted by any member. Must have quorum on voting for Proposals to pass for implementation. Proposals that are not financially feasible cannot be completed. Board Members: Members nominated by the House of Members and voted on by House of Members via a majority vote to hold seat. #### Dog Pound (The Board) * Alpha Chair * Conduct meetings, bring items up to vote, directs the will of the project based on the votes cast by the members with legitimate votes. * Creates ad hoc committees and appoints committee chairs. * Holds 1 sig of multi-sig wallet. * Ultima is Supreme of all alphas of all clans and tribes. * Vice Chair (Beta) * Officer of the board. Tasks of Chair when not available. * Responsible for conducting all meetings and online activities. * Makes announcements and determines agenda of DAO actions. * Member of every committee. A committee is 1 or more members of the DAO membership. * Receives reports from all. * Holds 1 sig of multi-sig wallet. * Beta is only Vice Chair of the tribe. Only when acting as Chair is the Beta Supreme of all alphas of all clans and tribes. * Treasurer (Gamma) * Officer of the board. Reports financial activity. * Receives financial information and assists agents of the membership in monitoring financial activity of DAO. * All financial matters are required to be reported by any agent, member or officer of organization regardless of status to the Treasurer or the Treasurer's designee. * Is chair of finance committee by virtue of their role as Treasurer. * Holds 1 sig of multi-sig wallet. * Security (Zeta) * Officer of the board. Reports security concerns of project such as scams, issues with membership in or at DAO initiatives. * Is chair of Security Committee by virtue of their role as Security Officer. * Optionally holds 1 sig of multi-sig wallet. * Legal (Zeta) * Officer of the board. Reports legal issues and concerns of the DAO. * Optionally holds 1 sig of multi-sig wallet. * Is chair of Legal Committee by virtue of their role as Legal Officer. * Optional Committees * Economics Committee — Optionally holds 1 sig of multi-sig wallet. * Events and Marketing Committee — Optionally holds 1 sig of multi-sig wallet. Board Responsibility: Primary responsibility of the board is to assure that proceeds from the life of the collection (7.5% of all residual of this NFT) is distributed to the creator via wallet or other channels as deemed necessary. This is the only requirement that cannot ever be modified in exchange for transferring ownership to the holders of the Rover's Vintage Kennel Club NFT. Members of the board can be removed by resignation or majority vote of members where they may give rationale regarding why they should not be removed when appropriate. Members may automatically be removed for malfeasance or misfeasance in their capacity as a board member. Board members in succession fulfill vacant seat until next election. First 6 months after all NFTs are distributed, Board creates bylaws and first actions during transferal of project to DAO. Fiscal Responsibility: Quarter starts 30 days after the final sell of all NFTs that will serve this project. #### The Vault The vault is the financial resource for the DAO. This Vault is secure with multi-sig access requirements. This vault will start out with minimum of 5 sigs of which 3 must confirm. The Vault will receive the final 2.5% of all residual NFT funds. Creator controls the Vault until transfer to DAO and all its acquisitions and distributions. Vault can be transferred no less than 6 months as a minimum after all available NFT's that can be sold are depleted and revealed. The vault will hold DAO NFTs, Crypto, and other resources as they become available.
