Non-Commercial Use: The owner may display the NFT in personal digital spaces, social media profiles, or within a virtual gallery, but cannot use it to generate revenue.

No Modifications (No-Derivatives/ND): Users are prohibited from creating new, altered, or derivative works based on the original NFT.

Creator Retains Ownership: The creator of the NFT retains the full copyright, allowing only specific, limited rights to the buyer rather than a full transfer of IP rights.

Prohibited Activities: Under a strict NCo agreement, owners generally cannot:

* Sell merchandise featuring the NFT.
* Use the NFT for advertising or marketing.
* Create new NFTs from the original.
* Fractionalize or rent out the NFT.
